Friends of South West Racing Reception

I spoke at the Friends of South West Racing Reception in the House of Commons on 15th December 2010 and stressed the importance of Racing United's campaign for a Fair Levy, as if the Levy continues to be reduced it will have a huge impact on the overall funding of horse racing. This in turn will have a knock on effect on local race courses such as the excellent racecourse in Salisbury.

I am hoping the Secretary of State's decision on the levy in the New Year will ensure the decline in resources for the industry is halted and racing is able to flourish.
