Help for Heroes

Another busy day in the constituency beginning with a interview with BBC South today, and then a trip to Manor Fields Primary School. I was also asked to present Tescos Computers for Schools award at the shop on Southampton Road, before driving through the Woodford Valley , to take part in the Woodford Valley Primary School's Worship.

There was also time to see the Help for Heroes charity before Remembrance Sunday as our thoughts move towards the fallen. The work they do is essential for helping vetrans after they have returned home.
